FOR YOU.
By being Aligned with IEEE DQ Global Standards (IEEE 3527.1™), Powered by DQ provides assurance that the product we support and build will have a common framework to ensure that digital competency building efforts are coordinated globally.
Our Solution Impact through 3E’s:
Exposure: Users will be aware of cyber risks around them to be safe discerning digital citizens.
Education: Users will learn knowledge and digital skills to be ready for the ever changing digitally-oriented work force.
Empowerment: Users will strengthen their confidence. attitude and values to not only navigate the online space but to create change and impact.
The technology behind our solutions are backed by many years of creative researchers, designers, and technologists working collaboratively to be at the frontend of the digital skills trend. Because of this we are pioneers of being able to measure digital intelligence with a DQ Score -a composite score based on the IEEE DQ Global Standards (IEEE 3527.1™) .
The DQ Align seal endorses programs on digital literacy, skills and readiness (e.g. products, services, resources, and/or tools) that are aligned with one or more of the 24 digital competencies in the DQ Global Standards. By being part of the DQ Aligned Seal, your Program will be part of a Global Digital Skills Map that landscapes digital skills programs, identifies digital skills gaps and shares the best practices. Benefits of DQ Aligned Seal Recipients:
Aligned Case Study:
The National University Of Singapore – Centre for Trusted Internet and Community (NUS-CTIC) aims to develop the national framework for digital wellbeing and its assessments tools. In collaboration with DQ, NUS-CTIC reviewed and identified key dimensions and indicators of digital well-being as well as collect empirical data that would provide empirical data of diverse populations and their experiences with digital well-being. DQ aligns the NUS’s digital wellbeing framework with the DQ Global Standards, develop the codification and co-develop its assessment indicators based on the DQ Index.
We provide easy-to-integrate and customisable analytic solutions to assess and measure the impact of your digital skills programs. Through different types of digital skills assessments, we provide an array of tools to evaluate your programs objectives so that your impact is visualised. Here are just some of the questions our assessments can evaluate.
The Alannah and Madeline Foundation and Accenture seeked DQ’s support to take an existing program to redevelop, add a proven digital skills assessment, and be able to measure the impact of the program across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

Enhanced Case Study:
LEGO approached DQ to provide program design consultation, subject expertise, and development support to enhance their new digital citizenship programs for parents and children.
We helped align their content to the DQ Framework by mapping out their needs of their existing content. Simultaneously, we enhanced LEGO’s lessons by providing proven digital skills content to be integrated into their new children programs to ensure learning objectives and outcomes are met.

We’re excited to partner with DQ to launch the TikTok Family Safety Toolkit aligned with the DQ framework, the world’s first global standard of digital literacy and digital skills. One of our highest priorities at TikTok is to keep our community safe and we’re happy to co-develop this Toolkit as a comprehensive digital parenting guide to help educate families on online safety and digital citizenship through a wide range of policies, tools and resources available on TikTok.
-Arjun Narayan Bettadapur, Director, Trust & Safety, TikTok, Asia Pacific
Helping kids understand how to stay safe and be kind to others online has never been more crucial. At the LEGO Group, we know children learn best when they are playing and believe we are uniquely placed to help them explore important topics like digital empathy in a playful and memorable way. This new experience is just the start of our collaboration with DQ. Together we share an ambition to equip children, and also parents, with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to build a generation of responsible digital citizens.”
– Kathrine Kirk Muff, VP of Social Responsibility at the LEGO Group
The support from Accenture and DQ will enable us to bridge the digital divide which contributes to inequity in education and limits future opportunities for so many children…This ground-breaking partnership will ensure the next generation will be able to be part of the global economy.
